Ryan Kwiecinski has almost two decades of project management and professional consultancy experience in the design and construction industry. This experience includes managing small to large projects and programs for both consultant and owner organizations. Ryan is also a licensed architect. His expertise includes developing and leading teams throughout all phases of design and construction and has provided these services to a variety of public and private clients in various industry markets.

Ryan has managed over $1B worth of high profile projects across the US that includes over +1,000,000 square feet of space.

Ryan finds satisfaction in leading and managing all aspects of a project, from initial concept through close out. Ryan has a background in architecture and takes pride in representing clients through the phases of their projects, managing the project teams, managing the scope / schedules / budgets, and managing the engagement with project stakeholders. Ryan has a strong work ethic and truly cares about the successful delivery of his clients’ projects.

Ryan currently resides in Chicago, IL. He has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL. After graduating, he lived and worked in both New York City and Los Angeles before relocating back to Chicago.
